What is Learn to Sail?

Belwood Lake offers a Learn To Sail Program, provided by a Certified Instructor with the Canadian Yachting Association.
It is a fun, safe way to introduce kids and adults to the sport of sailing and enjoy some time on the water and grounds of the Belwood Lake Sailing Club.
Successful participants will be awarded White Sail Level I-III certificates depending on the level achieved.

Youth 8 - 15
The Youth LTS Program will run Monday to Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. from July 11 - 15, 2011. The cost is $275. A deposit of $150 per child will secure your spot.

Preference will be given to members, family and friends. Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Currently the July session is 75% filled and the August program is 25% filled. Book early to secure your spot!

Ages 16 and Up
The adults' program will run Tuesday nights starting 5:30pm until dusk starting on July 5, 2011 and running for 8 weeks. The cost is $300. A deposit of $150 will secure your spot.
